» How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders for computer systems are usually processed within one business day. After the order has been processed, computer systems usually ship within five to ten business days.

» What does the warranty on the computers cover?
If your computer system develops an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone we will have the system sent back to our facility for service. DRH Technology Services will cover all shipping costs (back and forth) as long as it's within the first 30 days of receiving your machine. For more details, please contact a customer service representative for more information.

» What do I receive when I purchase a DRH Technology Services StarDock PC?
You will receive all of the original manufacturer’s hard copies, such as manuals, and CD's. You will receive an authentic Microsoft Windows CD if you have ordered a operating system with your computer purchase. Every system comes with a free One Year DRH Technology Services warranty and toll-free technical support. Additional extended service packages are available..


» What is your return policy?
All returns subject to a 15% restock fee. Refunds also exclude shipping costs back and forth for the computer system. Any damages or missing items will also have a fee deducted from the final credit.
